By accessing or using the SkinVerse mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SkinVerse ("we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of the App.
1. Description of Service
1.1 What SkinVerse Provides
SkinVerse is a wellness and beauty application that offers:

SkinVerse is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our AI analysis is for informational and wellness purposes only.
- Do NOT use SkinVerse to diagnose medical conditions
- Do NOT use SkinVerse as a substitute for professional medical advice
- Do NOT delay seeking medical care based on information from SkinVerse
- ALWAYS consult a qualified healthcare professional for skin conditions
2. Account Registration and Security
2.1 Account Creation
To use SkinVerse, you must:
- •Provide accurate and complete information
- •Use your real phone number for authentication
- •Be at least 13 years old (16 in EEA)
- •Create only one account per person
2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- •Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- •All activities that occur under your account
- •Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
- •Using a secure device and password/biometric protection
3. Subscriptions and Payments
3.1 Subscription Plans
SkinVerse offers the following subscription tiers:

Unlimited analyses, personalized routine, advanced tracking, recommendations
Elite Plan
$39.99/month
Everything in Style + expert consultations, custom plans, priority support
3.2 Free Trial
New users may be eligible for a free trial period (typically 7 days). After the trial:
- •You will be automatically charged unless you cancel
- •Cancel at least 24 hours before trial ends to avoid charges
- •Trial is available once per user
3.3 Billing and Renewal
Auto-Renewal:
- •Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- •You will be charged 24 hours before the current period ends
- •The charge will be at the current subscription price
- •No refunds for partial periods
3.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
iOS:
- Open Settings
- Tap your Apple ID
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select SkinVerse
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Android:
- Open Google Play Store
- Tap Menu → Subscriptions
- Select SkinVerse
- Tap Cancel Subscription
3.5 Refund Policy
Refunds are handled by the respective app stores:
Apple App Store:

- •Request refund through Apple Support
- •Subject to Apple's refund policy
Google Play Store:
- •Refunds are handled by Google
- •Request refund through Google Play Support
- •Subject to Google's refund policy
4. Acceptable Use
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use SkinVerse for:
- Personal, non-commercial purposes
- Analyzing your own skin health
- Tracking your skincare progress
- Learning about skincare
4.2 Prohibited Use
You may NOT:
- Use the App for illegal purposes
- Analyze photos of other people without consent
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the App
- Sell, rent, or lease access to the App
5. Intellectual Property Rights
We own all rights to:
- The SkinVerse App and its content
- Our trademarks, logos, and branding
- The AI algorithms and models
- The App design and interface
6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
6.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
